3-Story Apartment Building

This project was a new construction 3-story apartment building totaling around 82,000 square feet. There are 70 apartment units, including studio units, 1-bedroom units and 2-bedroom units. The first floor includes a fitness center, lounge, lobby and a space for a future tenant. This project relied on heavy communication between us as the architect, the owners, MEP engineers, structural engineers and civil engineers.
