Private Residence New Construction

This was a new construction 2-story single family house. The first floor was designed to have the great room open to the large kitchen. The second floor has 3 large size bedrooms. A 4th bedroom is accessed by a separate staircase over the garage. This was a great way to provide additional privacy for in-laws or guests.
